The Diamond Stealth II S220 used the Rendition Verite V2100 and was considered a budget card. Other manufacturers implemented the V2200 which offered higher clock frequencies (about 10MHz more). To increase interest in the Stealth II S220, Diamond released a new BIOS that increased the clock frequencies of the chip.
